The coronavirus/Covid-19 situation is changing every day.

We want to let you know about one of the steps we are taking right now:

For the time being, Kai USA is limiting access to our buildings. Our doors are currently closed to anyone except Kai USA employees. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • If you are a vendor, please use the phone or email to contact your Kai USA representative.
  • If you are here for Warranty service, we are sorry, but we cannot accept products for walk-in warranty service at this time.  
    • Instead, please ship your products in for warranty.
    • Watch our social media and website for information on when we will be able to accept walk-in warranty items once again.
    • Please note our warranty department is working at a limited capacity at the time. If nobody is available to answer your call, please leave a message and a warranty specialist will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
